This Mod is a must if you patrol the County! This adds so many things to make Sandy Shores alive and more enjoyable to patrol!

Joshua Road has houses and apartments and so much more to explore! All props function the way they are suppose to meaning that the gas pumps and tanks at the gas station explode when you shoot or crash into them, lights fall over and spark when knocked into, pipes under the fire hydrates release water when toppled over , signs and other props like chairs, mail boxes, fences, garbage bins etc. have proper collisions and act the way they are suppose to. People will spawn in their back and front yards sitting on chairs enjoying a cold beverage. The food trucks and food stands have people cooking and people enjoying a nice meal.
