The script is 100% configurable in its entirety except for notifications.

Setting up players in instances created with unique buckets for each house (compatible only with onesync legacy and infinity).
Timer and objects synchronized with all players in the house.
Ability to steal items and cancel once in front, only if no players are around you to avoid potential glitches.
Once the item is stolen you will be able to wear it and will no longer be able to steal any new item, so you will have to go outside the house to drop the item off in a vehicle to receive the item.
Once outside with the object in hand you can decide to put it down and leave, the object will be automatically deleted.
If you try to get back in after you went out with an item that you did not put in your vehicle, then you will no longer be able to get back into the house.
Once the timer is over in the house you will have an audible and textual alarm telling you that you must leave the house, once this is done you will have to wait x minutes to be able to burglarize a house again.
Once you have finished your heist you will then need to find the NPC who buys back the stolen objects (a new position is created each time your server reboots thanks to the position in your configuration file).
Anti Server Event Executor (modders will not be able to execute your server-side events).
